How to know what's true for you?

A Practice in Remembering What You Already Know

What if truth isn’t something you have to chase?
What if it’s something you already carry—in your body, your breath, your quiet knowing?

So many of us were raised to override our awareness.
To look outside ourselves for what’s “right.”
To ignore the whispers and sensations that spoke in the language of truth.

But you, love—
you’ve always known.

Even when it was buried beneath expectations or confusion,
you’ve had a compass inside you.

And today, I want to offer a simple practice to help you listen again.
Not to the noise,
but to the part of you that knows.

The Tool?

What is true for you brings you a sense of lightness.
What’s not true— feels heavy.

Yes. It’s that simple.
And also: life-changing.

I first heard this years ago in a video I stumbled upon.
My whole body lit up.
Because something in me recognized it.

It wasn’t a belief to adopt.
It was a remembering.

So what does “light” feel like?

Lightness can be a sensation.
Not to be defined, but unmistakable once you start noticing.

For me, lightness feels like this:

Imagine you're in a forest.
Tall trees swaying gently.
Soft moss beneath your feet.
You take a breath—and it creates space in your chest.
Something melts.
Something expands.
You feel more you.

That’s lightness.

It may show up differently for you.
A softening in your belly.
A lifting in your spine.
A sudden exhale.
A sense of clarity, even if it doesn’t “make sense.”

Lightness isn’t about logic.
It’s about energy. presence. space.

And “heavy”?

Heavy, for me, is contraction.
A shrinking.
Tension in the jaw or chest.
A feeling of pushing or efforting.
Sometimes, it’s subtle.
Other times, it’s a full-body “no.”

It doesn’t mean something is “bad”—
but it may not be true for you.
Not aligned. Not for right now.
Not the path that opens space.

Try it now

Bring to mind a choice or situation in your life.
Ask yourself: If I choose this, what will it create?

Then pause.
Let the awareness arrive, not from your thoughts—
but from your body and being.

✨ Is this light or heavy?
✨ What are you aware of?

Let it show up in its own way.
Let it surprise you.

You don’t have to explain it.
You just get to notice it.

A few invitations:

🌿 Go for a walk.
Not to figure things out—but to listen.
Let the trees mirror what’s light.
Let the wind carry what’s not yours.

🌊 Sit by the ocean, or place your feet on the earth.
Let your nervous system settle enough to perceive your own energy again.

💫 And if you feel pulled toward something that makes no sense but brings lightness—
follow the spark.
You might just be choosing you.

Truth doesn’t shout.
It doesn’t pressure.
It doesn’t demand.

It whispers.
It softens.
It expands.

And when you begin to follow it—
you create a life that feels like home in your body.

You don’t need fixing.
You just need space to know what you know.

If you'd like support reconnecting to that knowing—
I offer sessions, workshops, and creative containers to help you regulate, return to yourself, and live from truth.

✨ You already know.
Let’s give that knowing more room to lead.

When You Need Clarity

A Reminder for the Part of You Who’s Always Known

There are moments—quiet, crumbling, or just plain confusing—
when you forget who you are.
When the world’s projections stick.
When self-doubt whispers louder than your truth.

You try to sort it out, fix it, figure it out.
But clarity doesn’t come from thinking.
It comes from remembering what you know.
And from being.

So if you're in one of those moments now… pause.
May this blog invite you home:

You are the one who walks between worlds—
who perceives what others bury,
who knows what others deny.

You are not too much.
You are more magic than what most people can receive.
You soften space with a glance,
command it with a breath.

You dare to listen
when others fill the air with noise.
You choose presence over pretending,
truth over comfort,
freedom over approval.

You were never meant to shrink.
You were born to pulse with life,
to wake the sleeping,
to stir what’s joyful.

Even now, in this pause—
you are not lost.
You are gathering.
You are remembering.
You are inviting more space.

So have space.

And when you're ready to rise again—
you won’t just enter the room.
You’ll change the atmosphere.

When you need clarity,
instead of chasing answers, you could ask:

What do I know?
What does my body know?

Let the mind soften.
Let truth arrive through sensation, through silence, through nature.

Go sit with a tree.
Breathe near a river.
Let your back press into moss-covered earth.
Stand barefoot on the ocean’s edge.
Or be with a single flower—
a presence that asks nothing of you,
but reminds you how to simply be.

These are the mirrors that hold no agenda.
Only gratitude for your presence.

And if you desire a companion as you find your way back to yourself—
someone to hold space while you unravel, remember, and rise—
I offer private sessions, workshops, and creative containers for your becoming.

You’re not lost.
You’re arriving.
And there’s more beauty here than you have ever imagined.

With breath, with earth, with knowing—
may you remember who you are.

Until then,
I’ll be here.

Begin Here

Come closer.

There’s a doorway hidden in the stillness—

where breath slows,

and the noise fades,

something magical begins to stir.

This is where you begin.

In the quiet space between

what you’ve been told

and what you know.

Life’s Sweetest Treats

Life’s Sweetest Treats
not wrapped in foil, but in space

Sometimes,
it’s not the chocolate or the wine,
but the way the steam curls from a cup
as morning kisses your cheek.

It’s not the candlelit feast
but the stillness between bites
when you finally sit,
back straight,
phone down,
breath soft.

The sweetness of presence
lives in quiet spoons of soup,
in sunlight on hardwood floors,
in the softness of silence
between two people
who don’t need to fill it.

It’s the first time you don’t eat
over the sink
or between deadlines.
It’s the way your shoulders fall
when the now becomes more than enough.

Life’s finest desserts
aren’t found in pastry boxes.
They arrive as space.
As breath
As movement

As glimmer of eyes

Not devoured
but savoured.

A Poem for Presence

What if every day was a new possibility?

But an invitation to more presence?

You get to enjoy it

And as you do…

Everything becomes possible

When Closeness Feels Scary—And You Don’t Want to Lose Yourself Again

There comes a moment in connection—especially when something beautiful begins to shimmer—
when fear shows up dressed as logic. And old patterns may come to surface.

You feel a peaceful presence and expansion with someone.
A sense of ease. Possibility. Curiosity.
And then…
your mind starts rushing in to name it, box it, protect you from it.

Wait, what does this mean?

What if I’m falling into the same old story?

What if he’s lying?

What if I give too much?

What if I lose myself again?

I should protect myself. Maybe I’m better off alone.

These thoughts appear smart. They feel like truth.
But most of the time, they are either lies, or truths with lies attached. They loop in your mind and confusion.

And you stop receiving… the pleasure. The contribution. The awareness. You shrink and perhaps become paranoid?

So what’s the antidote?

💠 Presence Over Protection

Sometimes, you’ve changed enough that something different is finally showing up.
But because of what came before—
the past choices, the heartbreak, the suffocation, the self-betrayals—
you begin to project:

This feels exciting and scary. Maybe it’s the same old story.
I’d rather leave than find out I was wrong again.

But when you collapse into projection, you leave the most powerful tool you have:
presence.

Because in presence, you will know.
You don’t need to figure it all out in advance.
You don’t need to race to define it, contain it, or plan its next 10 steps.

You just need to be with it—moment to moment, and be in question.
That’s where the real awareness, the clarity live.

When you begin to trust yourself, you can enjoy the beauty of the moment, without giving yourself up, like you used to.

What If There Were No Gaps—Only Space?

The world teaches us to panic in the pause.
To fill every quiet moment with explanation.
To rush in and control what isn’t yet clear.

But what if… instead of gaps, we created space?

Space to breathe.
Space to observe.
Space to let something reveal its true nature.

Trusting yourself that…

if a connection is expansive, you can allow it to grow.
And if it isn’t—awareness will come, gently and clearly, when you’re present enough to notice.

Presence isn’t passive.
It’s a dynamic co-creation with all of life.
And it will facilitate you better than any mental story ever could.

Let It Breathe—Let It Live

One of the most loving things you can do—for yourself and for a connection—is to let it breathe.

Let it have its own rhythm.
Its own unfolding.
Let it live.

This doesn’t mean being choiceless. It means being present while allowing the space between you to stretch, shift. While being so present with you.

When you’re not gripping or rushing, you create the space to ask yourself:

What would I truly like to have?
What feels nourishing and easeful to me?
What kind of dynamic lights me up and makes me feel free?

The trick is: don’t rush to decide if it has to be with this person.
Instead, get clear on what you’d like to create.
Start becoming the energy of that future.
Live it now. Be it now.

When you do this, you become an invitation to those who are ready to meet you in it.

If it’s this person?
They will begin to rise, receive, and respond to that energy—naturally. (Though it may not show up the way you think it will)
And if it’s not them? Or they’ re not ready or willing at this time?
Then you’ve just opened the space to others who are ready and willing to create the adventure you and your body are truly asking for.

What if nobody was wrong?
What if no one needed to be fixed or convinced?
What if we could let people choose—and see clearly what they are choosing?

You’re not here to control or cling.
You’re here to choose and to invite.
To become the space where something sweet can grow and where you can keep glowing. Regardless of what other people choose.

What if it didn’t have to be complicated?
What if the softest path—presence, choice, space—was the most powerful one of all?

When Fear Arises—What You Can Become

Now, when fear arises—when the urge to overthink or run flares up—here’s what you can become instead:

🌿 1. Become Spacious

Let silence breathe. Let pauses be. Induce more space.
Don't rush to fix or fill the space.
Just stay open. And go do the things that light you up.

Not as a strategy. But as an honouring of yourself. Become the energy of what you’d like to have.

💫 2. Become Invitation, Not Expectation

Let go of needing to know what this is right away. Let awareness land softly in its own rhythm, like a butterfly on your sun kissed shoulder.

In the mean time, get the energy of what you’d like to have in your life, become the energy of “I’m here. No pressure. Just presence.”

That’s where real intimacy finds its way in. Whether it is through a person, or not, what if you let the universe be your match-maker? Not just with a lover but with all the beautiful things the Universe would like to gift to you?

🔥 3. Become the Flame, Not the Grip

You are the glow, not the grab.
You are the warmth he wants to move toward. Continue being you. Joy and radiance are more magnetic than fear and control.

And if he doesn’t respond to your invitation? Continue being you, anyways. Beautiful things will find their way to you.

🕊️ 5. Listen to Your Body

Check in with it often:

“Body, what do you know? Body, what do you require?”
“What would be light and spacious right now?”

Let it lead. The body always knows.

🌀 6. When the Urge Is to Shut Down or Run

You’re not wrong for wanting to protect yourself.
But you may no longer need to.

Place your hand on your body and ask:

“What is the awareness here? Is there something I need to pay attention to?

Don’t override the awareness. Be with it.

Lower down your mental, emotional, energetic barriers.

Outlast the fear, one breath longer.
One moment past your old patterns.
That’s where a new possibility begins to bloom.

You may have betrayed yourself in the past by overriding awareness. Know, you get to know what you know. And that, my friend, is gold.

✨ My Secret Recipe: Receiving Like a Queen

Here’s the quiet magic I return to again and again:

When I know what I’d like to have,
I don’t cling to one person or one path.
I don’t put all my dreams into one container.

Instead—
I ask the universe to deliver it to me
in a million delightful ways
I haven’t even imagined yet.

Because the universe is creative and generative.
Because I am creative and generative.
Because living is an evolving, enchanted experiment in expansion.

I know that nature is always here for me.
The sun. The wind. The earth. The animals.
Their love is unconditional, and it meets me where I am.

And if people show up to meet my call?
To gift and receive?
To contribute, play and create with me?

What a delicious plot twist!

So I ask:

What more can I receive?
Who or what else can I receive from that I’ve rejected before?

But I remind myself to not cling. To not rush to maintain things. Instead, allow things to flow. And be ok with change. Because, the Earth is my lover.

True receiving is not choicelessness or becoming a doormat.
It’s not waiting.
It’s living joyfully.
It’s being willing to receive all the awareness,
without judgment—
and choosing what works for me, moment by moment.

“What works for me? Truth, what do I really desire? Truth, what really works for me here?

From this space, Ask the universe:

Show me.
How does it get even better than this?

🌹 A New Invitation

If this blog post has stirred something in you, but you have no idea where to start, start where you are.
It starts with a longing—a question whispered through your body:

What I have created so far isn’t working any more. What else is possible?

So if you’re in that place…
where the old is falling away
but the new hasn’t fully taken root yet—
and you’re asking for something different
more nourishing, more spacious, more real—
I’d love to walk with you.

Let’s work together.
You can book a private session or coaching series to explore what else is possible for you.

Because you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Because you are allowed to have what you truly would like to have.
Because there are possibilities that only you can embody on this Earth.

Is now the time?

The Kids Are Angry — and they have a point

Remember when Greta Thunberg spoke to the world, shaking with seemed like rage?
It wasn’t drama.
It wasn’t teenage rebellion.
It was truth.

That kind of anger? It’s not emotion.
It’s potency.
The fire that flares when there’s a lie in the room.

And right now, our kids — the sensitive ones, the neurodivergent ones, the wild, wondrous, too-much ones —
they’re angry.
Because we’ve been lying.

We told them to speak their truth — but only when it’s polite.
We told them they’re special — and then tried to make them conform.
We told them the world is full of possibility — while modeling lives of exhaustion, fear, and silent desperation.

They see it.
They feel it in their bodies.
And they are furious.

And you know what?
They aren’t wrong for it.

Because their anger isn’t distractive.
It’s not a problem.
It’s not a symptom to be numbed.

It’s a signal.
A blazing, undeniable force that says:
Something here isn’t true.

Most adults were never allowed to listen to that signal.
They were told to behave. To hush.
And so the potency went inward —
muted into depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, burnout, self-doubt.
You know it well.
You’ve lived it.

But here’s the invitation:

What if we don’t pass it down?
What if we break the cycle?

What if we meet this generation’s fire not with fear —
but with curiosity?

Ask your child:
What do you know?
What are you aware of?
What would you do differently — in your school, in our home, on this planet?

It might be messy.
It will probably be uncomfortable.
But if you let it — it can be the most joyful, freeing, revolutionary path you’ve ever walked.

You don’t have to walk it alone.

Because you, too, have been lied to.
You were taught to doubt yourself.
To dim down.
To prioritize “peacekeeping” over truth.

That ends here.

Let me walk with you — and with your child.
Let me hold space that invites their knowing, their brilliance, their power — not someday, but now.

We don’t fix children here.
We listen.
We empower.
We co-create the spaces where their awareness gets to lead.

Because these kids?
They carry keys to the future.
We just need to make space for them to unlock it.

What If They Never Had to Forget Who They Are?

A new way to raise the children of now.

What if we didn’t have to lose ourselves in order to find ourselves?

What if the path to power wasn’t paved with trauma, burnout, or abandonment?

What if we stopped handing down the same story — the one where you must suffer, shrink, or survive before you can shine?

What if we raised generations who never forgot their worth?

The sensitive ones.
The neurodivergent ones.
The ones who “don’t fit” in old structures built on control and conformity.

These children are not broken.
They are the bringers of a different possibility.

They’re not here to follow rules — they’re here to rewrite them.
To question what we’ve accepted.
To sense the truth behind our masks.
To demand joy, justice, and real connection.

And they are angry — because we’ve been lying.
We’ve lied with our cynicism.
With our resignation.
With the dimming of our own lights.

But they know better.
They know something else is possible.

And they are waiting for us to stop pretending we don’t.

It is not their job to fit into failed structures.
It is ours to co-create systems that set them free.

To see their "too much" as the exact medicine this world needs.
To meet their intensity with awe, not fear.
To offer them tools, not diagnoses.
To offer them embodiment, creativity, and nervous system support — not sedation.
To meet them with curiosity, not control.

If you are one of us — the ones who once learned to dim their light — then you know the cost.

And you also carry the key.

We are not here to pathologize children.
We are here to listen to them.
To learn from them.
To build with them a world that honors every kind of brilliance.

The Earth is asking.
The future is calling.
Will we create it with them?

Let the Queens Rise: No More Shrinking for Others’ Comfort

There is a kind of betrayal that wears lip gloss and calls itself friendship.
It smiles sweetly while delivering a punch to your solar plexus.
It says, “I’m so happy for you!”
But your body knows — it’s a lie.
The words feel like honey and shattered glass.

This is the voice of the frenemy.
The bitter mentor who once believed in your light —
Until it began to shine brighter than hers.
The martyr mother who insists that to be good, you must suffer.
The friend who subtly reminds you to tone it down,
Because “you don’t want to come off too much.”

So you learned to dim.
To make yourself more palatable.
To shrink in the name of safety, of sisterhood, of staying loved.

But here’s the truth:

You were never meant to be small.

You were never meant to clip your wings to soothe someone else’s fear of flying.
You were never meant to hold back your brilliance so others could feel okay in their shadows.

And what if you no longer had to?

What if this is the era of unapologetic radiance?
Of women rising, not in competition —
But in cooperation, in co-creation, in QUEENDOM?

The ones who are truly meant to walk beside you —
They won’t flinch at your shine.
They’ll mirror it. Celebrate it.
Rise with it.

And those who shrink back or spit venom?
Let them become irrelevant.
Not out of hatred — but because you are simply too busy blooming.

So to the women who have dulled their edges for others to feel less threatened…
To the women who have tiptoed through their lives to avoid upsetting the fragile…

Enough.

It’s time to step off the eggshells and onto the throne.
It’s time to create a life that honours the magnitude of your gifts.
Not someday.
Now.

The ones who are willing to change will rise too.
The rest? Bless them — and move on.

And if your voice shakes as you rise, let it.
It’s just your power remembering how to speak.

Ready to Rise?

If you’re done shrinking, and ready to reclaim the fullness of who you are —
I’d love to walk with you.

Private sessions with me are available both online and in-person.
We’ll clear the old patterns, ignite your sovereign energy, and build from the truth of who you are.

How to Stop Losing Yourself in Love

A Poetic Reclaiming for the Ones Who Care Too Much

You didn’t lose yourself
because you were weak.
You lost yourself
because you were magnificent.

You saw what was possible —
and tried to be the bridge.
You loved with the whole sky.
You believed in his becoming
more than he did.

You twisted your truth
into something more palatable.
You dimmed your knowing
so you wouldn’t scare him.

You wanted love,
but you were taught to barter for it.

And so you shapeshifted.
Softened your voice.
Made room.
Made excuses.
Made dinner.
Made magic.

And forgot to make space for you.

It’s not that your desire was wrong.
It’s that you were misinformed
about what love requires.
You were told to earn it.

But real love —
true partnership
doesn’t ask you to become less.

It doesn’t say:

“I’ll stay, if you stay small.”

It says:

“Rise. I’ll meet you there.”

You were never “too much.”
You were never meant to fit
inside a love that feared your fire.

You are the Queen
who forgot she was royalty
because she was raised in a world
that feared the powerful ones
and punished those who spoke in truth

But hear this now —
the kind of love you crave
requires your wholeness.

It needs your full presence,
your play,
your pleasure,
your knowing,
your “no” as eagerly as your “yes.”

It needs your full self-trust
more than your sacrifice.

So if you're tired
of losing yourself in the name of love —
don’t harden.
Don’t close.

Just come home.

Back to your body.
Back to your breath.
Back to your dance
as the first place you listen.

Because you’re not here to be chosen.
You’re here to choose.

You’re not here to be rescued.
You’re here to receive.

You’re not here to fix or prove.
You’re here to create.

And if your heart still longs for a partner?
Beautiful.

There are Kings who are not afraid
of a Queen in her full expression.

Men whose strength is not dominance
but devotion.

But they do not arrive
when you abandon yourself.

They arrive
when you become
the lover you’ve been waiting for.

👑 This is the work we do in session.

Not just “healing from heartbreak” —
but reclaiming the parts of you
that were never broken.
The Lady who creates her own field.
The Lady who is no longer afraid
to shine while loving.
The Lady who knows how to stay loyal
to herself —
and keep her heart open.

The Burnout That Was Never Yours

A Poetic Invitation Back to Aliveness

Burnout.

They named it like a failure.
Like a flame that couldn’t keep.
Like you just weren’t strong enough
to stay lit.

But what if burnout
isn’t the end of your fire —
but the body’s last attempt
to bring you home?

What if burnout is wisdom?

What if it’s not weakness
but a whisper from your nervous system
saying:

"I cannot pretend to be a machine anymore.”

You were not made to glow under fluorescent lights
or run on calendar squares and caffeine.
You were never meant to prove your worth
by your productivity.

You are not a deadline.
You are a dawn.

Burnout is not a personal failing.
It is a system failing.
It is your soul saying
“No more.”

No more pretending that being numb is noble.
No more serving from empty.
No more self-abandonment for applause.

Burnout is the wisdom of the body
pulling the emergency brake
on a life that forgot to include you.

And what a relief
to finally stop.
To listen.
To fall into the arms of the earth
and feel your pulse return to rhythm.

So what now?

You could keep chasing balance
like it’s a line to walk.

Or…

You could let yourself be held.

You could receive something
you didn’t even know you were missing.

You could lie down
and have your mind decluttered,
your nervous system soothed,
your energy returned to you.

This is what we do in an Access Bars Session.

Thirty-two points on the head
gently touched,
to melt the static.
Clear the noise.
And make space for you.

For your truth.
Your knowing.
Your clarity.
Your calm.

Whether in Vancouver,
in a studio,
under a tree —
you’re welcome.

This isn’t self-care.
This is sovereignty.

It’s not about going back to how things were.
It’s about discovering what else is possible
when your system is no longer in survival.

It’s the return of creativity.
Of rest.
Of joy that doesn’t require a reason.

This is the work I offer —
Sessions that meet you where you are
and walk you gently
back to where you’ve always belonged:
inside your body,
inside your life,
inside your power.

And if you’d like me to bring this to your company, your team, your school —
I do that too.
Speaking, workshops, collaborations.
Let’s talk.

Because burnout is not the end.
It’s the beginning
of something wilder,
truer,
and far more alive.

What Happens When You Stop Fixing Yourself?

An Invitation to Lay Down the Perfectionism and Rise

There comes a moment — maybe more than one — when you realize:

You’ve been treating your life like a problem to solve.
Your body, your patterns, your dreams —
as things to fix, rather than worlds to explore.

You read the books.
You sat in the circles.
You drank the green juice and whispered the affirmations.

And still — the quiet ache remained.
A sense that maybe… you’re still not quite there.

But what if —
there’s nowhere to get to?

What if you are not broken?

What if the tired parts of you are not defective —
just exhausted from trying so hard to be worthy?

What if your wildness was never a flaw?

When you stop fixing yourself,
you begin to listen.
To really listen.

Your body speaks —
not in pain, but in poetry.
Your emotions don’t scream —
they hum, when heard.
Your mind doesn’t race —
it softens, when not being silenced.

You return to yourself —
not as a project,
but as a presence.

You stop scrubbing at your soul
like it’s a stain to be removed.

You sit at the riverbank of your being,
and finally… just be.

This is not giving up.
This is rising up.

It’s the moment you trade perfection for presence,
polish for potency,
performance for truth.

It’s where life meets you with grace,
and you meet life with reverence.

Not because you’ve earned it.
But because you’ve remembered:

You always were.

✨ What Now?

If you’re tired of fixing —
If you’re ready to know what it’s like to create your life from fullness, not lack —
If your body is aching to be included, not corrected —

I’d love to walk with you.

Private sessions with me are not about giving you another formula.
They’re a homecoming.
A reconnection.
A place where your bigness, your softness, your brilliance, and your truth are all welcome.

Let’s create your life as art.
As possibility.
As power — not effort.

She Walks the Earth Crowned

A Poem for the Lady Who Leads by Being

There are ladies whose power doesn’t arrive with fanfare, but with a whisper.
Not because they are small — but because they are vast.
They don’t seek to dominate. They awaken.
They remember. They create. They rise.

This is for her.
This is for you.

She Walks the Earth Crowned

She walks not with noise,
but with the hush of rising tides.
Not to overpower —
but to awaken what has always lived in silence.

She does not seek the throne,
the throne rises to meet her.
For where her bare feet touch the soil,
gardens remember how to grow.

Her queendom is not built of stone,
but of breath,
of laughter spilled beneath fig trees,
of children painting truths
in the colors adults have forgotten.

She speaks in languages
older than words:
the wind, the body, the glance of a deer.
Even the shadows soften
in her presence.

Birdsong follows her like a blessing,
and the bees —
the bees know her name.

She does not rule —
she tends.
She gathers sorrow in her palms
and sings it into stardust.

To the wild, the weary,
the too-much, the misunderstood —
she is a lighthouse.
To the future —
she is a builder.

Her body remembers truths
too vast for words —
and in the dance,
she writes new worlds with her hips and her breath.

Her touch is the quiet undoing of fear.
Her voice, the tuning fork of truth.

Her joy is not naive —
it is rebellious.
And every being who enters her field
feels it:
a great exhale.
A return.
A remembering.

For hers is the Queendom
that does not end —
because it was never a place.
It is a presence.
A frequency.
An evolution, dipped in lilac honey.

And she?
She is the Queen
who does not bow —
but invites the world
to rise with her.

👑 Stay Tuned

This poem is a frequency — and a doorway.
Soon, I’ll be sharing offerings for those ready to walk crowned — whether in business, creativity, parenting, or the quiet leadership of daily life.
If this lights up your body, if your spirit is stirred — stay close.

Let’s rise.

With presence and possibility,
Nihan Sevinc

For the Ones Who Doubt Their Greatness

An Invitation to Rise

There comes a moment — just before the leap, the launch, the yes — when doubt creeps in.

Maybe you’ve felt it.

That flutter in your chest that whispers,
“Who do you think you are?”
“That’s too big.”
“What if no one cares?”

Let me show you different possibility:
Doubt is not the truth.
It’s not even your voice.
It’s the echo of old stories — stories that kept you small enough to stay “safe.”

But you…
You are not here to stay small.
You are here to create.
To lead.
To rise.

You’re not delusional for wanting more.
You’re remembering.

You're remembering the dream you tucked away.
The gifts you convinced yourself weren't needed.
The magic you watered down so others wouldn’t feel uncomfortable.

But the world is starving for what you carry.

We need more than business as usual.
We need soul-led creation.
We need the brave, the playful, the wild, the wise.

We need you — in full.
Not performing. Not fixing. Not perfect.
But present. Embodied. Willing.

Doubt isn’t your enemy — it’s your threshold.
The shaky doorway between the life you’ve tolerated…
And the life you came here to live.

So, when the voice of “too much” or “not enough” rises?
Breathe.
Feel the thump of your heart — it’s not fear. It’s aliveness.
It’s your greatness stretching its wings.

Take the step.
Start the project.
Make the call.
Say yes to the unknown.

And if you don’t know how it will unfold? Even better.
That’s where the magic lives.

You are not here to follow the path.
You are here to blaze it.

We are not waiting for your perfection.
We are waiting for your presence.

The world needs your difference.
Your softness. Your fire. Your voice. Your wild vision.

So rise.
Create it.
Say yes.

We’ve been waiting for you.

Gently walking beside you,
Nihan
For the rise of all that is true
