  • Intro classes give participants basic stress relief and burn out prevention tools from Access Consciousness. So they can start experiencing what this tool can create.

    These events can be as short as 60 minutes and as long as one-day. Can be done in any setting, including schools, hospitals, workplaces, outdoors.

  • Access Bars 1-Day Class allows you to become a certified Access Bars Practitioner. It means you can offer sessions professionally. These one-day classes are in-depth and can create big changes for participants. During the class, you will receive 2 sessions, and give two sessions. You will also learn other foundational tools that you can use in daily life. Nihan offers certification classes every month and upon request anywhere in the world.
