Why Access Energetic Facelift?

I received my first Access Energetic Facelift session completely by coincidence.

An acquaintance had just learned the technique and was excited to practice on me. I told her I didn’t need a facelift—but her enthusiasm was contagious, and I agreed simply to make her happy.

About two minutes into the session, something unexpected happened.

My body softened in a way I had never experienced before. A deep relaxation set in, and I could physically perceive layers of harshness melting away. It felt as though my nervous system was finally allowed to rest.

After the session, my face looked more relaxed and radiant than I had ever seen it. The lines that prolonged stress had etched into my face were noticeably softened.

Another unexpected change followed.

Some chronic injuries I had been living with were no longer present after that first session. During the session, I could feel energy moving through those areas. Afterwards, the pain was gone, and my wrist and elbow felt stronger.

From Receiver to Practitioner

At first, I wanted it mainly for me.

A Teenage Girl Reclaiming Herself

Four years ago, a mother brought her teenage daughter to me for sessions.

The young girl was struggling with acne and body-image issues. She was under immense pressure from social media and her peer group.

After the first session, she shared that the harsh self-talk she used to experience when looking in the mirror had stopped.

After the second session, she told me she no longer saw food as her enemy. Her acne was clearing, and she had rediscovered a sense of joy at school and in her social life.

Coming Alive Again

Another client came to me after years of being cheated on by her partner with younger women.

She had begun comparing her body to every other woman and felt increasingly depressed. To escape this inner prison, she stopped taking care of herself altogether, believing that disappearing was safer than competing.

She found me through an Instagram story where I shared how Access Energetic Facelift helped me release body judgments connected to a past relationship.

That’s how she booked her first session.

My Ongoing Journey

My own journey has been similar.

In a world that encourages us to disconnect from our bodies and judge them harshly, finding peace and enjoyment with my body has given me a profound sense of freedom.

Three and a half years ago, I felt called to bring Access Energetic Facelift® to more people, not only through sessions, but by empowering others to use this process for themselves and those they care about.

I completed advanced trainings, became a Certified Access Energetic Facelift Facilitator, and began teaching one-day certification classes.

And I have witnessed bodies and lives change, beyond logic, beyond linearity, beyond expectation.

I never know who will walk through my door, or what their experience will be.
