What is included in the 3-month experience? 

  • 1 x 60-minute kick-off session

  • 10 x 30-minute private sessions 

  • Recordings of our sessions

  • 3 x 10-minute check-in calls

  • Gift entry to any 3 online class I’ll be facilitating during our 3 months together. 

Our sessions will be online via zoom or phone. If we are in the same geography, we can incorporate in-person session(s).
