An interactive 10-week online group program with live Zoom gatherings, a private community space, and lifetime access to all program materials, including call recordings, recipes, PDFs, and shared resources, so you can join live when you can and return to this work anytime, at your own pace.

How we begin

We start with a Kick-Off Call, where you’ll receive energetic and mindset tools from Access Consciousness to move beyond judgment, pressure, and limitation, and begin discovering your unique way of creating delicious, healthy meals and beautiful experiences with ease.

This is where I merge:

  • my dojo-style training from cooking alongside my mother, aunties, and grandmothers since I was a toddler

Everything is taught organically, this is not a lecture series.

Live call schedule

Live calls take place on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm Vancouver time (PST).

All calls are recorded and added to your program library, so if you can’t attend live, or are joining from a different time zone, you can watch and integrate at your own pace. You’re also welcome to continue engaging in the private group, if you choose.
